A NEW START A NEW MIND SET

Starting a new course or journey is usually fraught with uncertainties and fear. The uncertainty of attaining your goals or otherwise can breed hope or fear. Life as they say is full of uncertainties such as success, loss, happiness, sorrow, sickness, failure and the like. But then ,nothing ventured nothing gained as the popular maxim goes. So is the saying a journey of a million miles start with a step.

As we begin a new year, we are given another opportune time to dare into new territories and to seek the face of Yahweh in blessing our hustles and make amends in the forgone time or year. The past came with some successes and failures but in it all ,we sail through to the end. We've got to pat ourselves and say well-done! Ebenezer ! for how far we have reached.  As the Biblical text goes "Had it not being God, where would I have being. "

We should thread new beginnings with some courage and caution not forsaken our set resolutions of gaining more territories.

This, we can do by taking into consideration of working on ourselves. The self development is the new deal. Human capital or development is the greatest game changer in trying to make any meaning gains in our lives. And this is derived from the saying" As a man thinketh so is he" Education is really empowerment. Let's start some new thinking or course of study or a reading club to abreast ourselves of latest developments and innovations. We can take advantage of Free courses in Coursera, Edx,  Udemy, futureLearn, Linkedin and many others.

In this new year let's look into these areas of our lives too and see how we can fine tune our system for the best.

That is in the area of:

Business

Friendship

Fun/Recreation

Alliances

Skills

Family life

Intellectual life

Health and fitness

Creative life

Spiritual life

Community

When we painstakingly follow these strategies or ideas with a new mindset, we may stand a good chance of fine-tuning ourselves for the greater goal ahead of us.

Have a great and prosperous new year.
